We accept MasterCard and VISA (also online). You may purchase tickets via our online shop also via Direct Wire Transfer or via SEPA direct debit. Written or telephone ticket orders must be picked up and paid for within seven days of receiving the reservation; you will find the exact date in the written booking confirmation or be told during the phone order process. If requested, we are happy to mail you the tickets by regular post. The shipping fee of € 3.00 will be invoiced together with the ticket price. Tickets will be mailed after payment has been received. Written orders are not possible. In principle, tickets once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. We kindly ask you to refer to our General Terms and Conditions, which you may request from our Ticket Office or read on our website, www.staatsorchester-hamburg.de.
For your own security, do not buy tickets from unauthorized dealers! Regular tickets for the Philharmonic Concerts are usually priced between 12.00 € and 83.00 €. There are several third parties on the internet offering tickets to our concerts at the Elbphilharmonie which are vastly overpriced, often priced at several hundred Euros. We strongly discourage you from buying such tickets, as these are illegal commercial resales. Without prior consent of the State Orchestra, tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes. Private resales at increased prices are also prohibited. In such cases, the State Orchestra reserves the right to cancel such tickets and to exclude those responsible from purchasing further tickets in the future.
Many of our current season concerts are already sold out. Remaining tickets may be available in the week before the concert at the ticket service of the Hamburg State Opera as well as at the evening box office in the Elbphilharmonie.
The evening box office at the Elbphilharmonie opens 90 minutes prior to the performance. Only tickets for the morning/evening in question can be purchased there.
