World premiere by Arvo Pärt

A successful premiere of "Swansong"! Kent Nagano conducted Arvo Pärt's work for orchestra in the Elbphilharmonie. The concert also featured Pärt's "Fratres" for violin and string orchestra with our new Concertmaster Daniel Cho, Stravinsky's concerto for piano and winds with Alexei Volodin and Schumann's Fourth.
